Gedeon's Floral Galleries

line

I started to take flower pictures when I switched from black and white to color photography in the 1970s. From the beginning I was fascinated by flower close ups - if you take a really close look at a flower, you will see beauty even in the humblest of buttercups. With the exception of the cactus flower shots I took in the Utah desert, all of the flowers you see in my galleries grew either in my garden or in the garden of one of my neighbors in rural South Carolina.

There are seven galleries on this site, containing a total of 63 images. High quality limited edition prints, as well as a CD containing all the images and a PowerPoint slideshow, are available for purchase.
